Lindsay has worked in communications and IT since 1996, building extensive experience across ICT, MSP, Telco, BPOs, and Digital Marketing. With a strategic and results-driven approach, he helps businesses optimise their technology and future-proof their operations.
Beginning his career in the pharmaceutical industry, Lindsay has held various management roles, including account management, sales management, contact centre management, and general management.
During his tenure at Telstra, he led an inbound contact centre team of 100 staff, supporting 600,000 customers with revenue exceeding $2 billion. In this role, he was responsible for leading the management team, driving revenue and sales metrics, and developing strategic initiatives to enhance product sales, customer satisfaction, and overall business growth.
Since the inception of Techwell in 2017, Lindsay has served as its director, focusing on the development and execution of strategic plans, operational excellence, and people development. Enthusiastic about leadership, innovation, and delivering tangible business impact, he is committed to helping organisations leverage IT as a strategic asset rather than just a support function.
