Lindsay Bell


Lindsay has worked in communications and IT since 1996.


Beginning his career in Telstra. Lindsay worked across many different management roles including, account management, acquisition, regional sales, and contact centre management.


During his time as the Queensland regional sales manager, Lindsay was responsible for a sales team of 50 with associated revenue accountability of $120 million across small to large business segments.


As manager of the Telstra Business inbound contact centre, Lindsay led 100 staff supporting 600,000 customers with a revenue in excess of $2 billion. This role involved leadership of the management team, achievement of revenue and sales metrics, and development of strategic initiatives to drive product sales, revenue and customer satisfaction.


As the director of Techwell, Lindsay has been with the company since its inception in 2017. His key accountabilities and expertise evolve around the execution of strategic plans, operational execution and people development.


Lindsay loves that Technology is ever changing and underpins virtually everything we do in business today.


He believes that technology is an enabler and one of the tools that can drive efficiency and support businesses as they evolve.


More importantly that most solutions available are truly customisable and as the "as a service" solutions continue to grow, all businesses large or small can avail themselves to the most appropriate service or solution.
