Rachel Woods

Rachel has been part of Techwell since 2012. Prior to this Rachel worked Retail where she started her career in telecommunications. Rachel quickly worked her way up in the Telstra Helensvale Retail Store working as a Customer Advisor, before Managing the Harbour Town and Burleigh Stores. Rachel now Manages a large team of Mobility Service Executives and is integral in the fulfilment of mobile devices to large Enterprise customers across Queensland.

Rachel has a strong team and customer focus, she is constantly communicating with her team to ensure the best experience for her customers. With constantly evolving systems Rachel is continually learning to keep up to date with technology in the fast paced telecommunications environment.
