Sonya embarked on her journey in the tech industry in 2011 with Telstra Retail, and since then, she has consistently proven her capabilities and drive to excel.

During her time in Telstra, she quickly established herself as a reliable and customer-focused team member, leaving a lasting impression and gaining valuable knowledge of the Telecommunications industry.

With a thirst for growth and the determination to further her education, Sonya transitioned to Techwell Australia in the capacity of a Project Coordinator. Juggling the responsibilities of a project coordinator and pursuing a Bachelor of Commerce with a focus on Accounting and Financial Planning, she showcased her ability to multitask effectively and maintain a strong academic performance.

Through her career progression to Techwell Financial Accountant then General Manager, Techwell has empowered her professionally but also supported her personal growth. Engaging in multiple training courses, she has sharpened her skills and knowledge. Her contributions have been recognised with awards, underscoring her dedication and the value she brings to her workplace.
